We’re proud to offer bulk billing to Medicare patients and maintain agreements with major private health insurers to minimise your costs. Below is a summary of our billing arrangements for different patient types
- Medicare patients: Bulk billed at no cost.
- Private health insurance: We accept Allianz, AHM, Bupa, CHBS, NIB, Medibank Student & Medibank Visitor policies.
- Private patients: Fees apply as per our schedule.
Fee Schedule
Our standard fees are as follows.
Insurance Patients fees only apply to patients with valid coverage with Allianz, AHM, Bupa, CHBS, NIB, Medibank Student & Medibank Visitor.
Medicare Patients are bulk-billed and will not pay out-of-pocket expenses in the appointment types listed as no fee.
Allied Health appointment prices are only avaialble by calling our practice.

* Allianz, CBHS, Medicare Student insured patients pay $0 gap.
** Medibank Visitor & NIB insured patients must pay the Private Patient cost.
^ If deemed eligible by your doctor, Medicare offers rebates for your appointments, else you pay the Private Patient cost.
^^ If your private health insurance includes chiropractic, you may be entitlted to pay only the Insured Patient cost, or a reduced rate.
Allied Health Services
Fees for Psychology, Chiropractic and Dietitian services are not included in our standard Fee Schedule.

Payment
All accounts must be settled on the day of your appointment.
We accept the following payment methods:

CashWe claim your private health insurance rebate on the day as we process your payment, and your insurance provider will pay your rebate into your nominated bank account on file within 72 hours.
Outstanding cancellation and non-attendance fees must be settled before your appointment. If you haven’t already paid the invoice, payment is required at check-in.
