Patients with a valid Medicare card or Allianz insurance benefit from minimal gap fees.
We also bulk bill eligible patients, including those with valid Commonwealth concession cards and senior Australians, to ensure that essential health services remain accessible to everyone.

Bulk-Billing Eligibility
We bulk bill the following patients:

Patients with a valid Medicare card, and Commonwealth Concession Card (such as a Pensioner Concession Card, Health Care Card, or DVA card)

Or patients insured through Allianz OSHC (Overseas Student Health Cover) without a Medicare or Concession card
- Or patients with a valid Medicare card who are under 16 years of age
If you meet these criteria, your consultation may be fully covered by Medicare or your insurance, meaning no out-of-pocket cost to you.
Patients with with a valid Medicare card but without a concession card not mentioned above will be eligible for mixed billing and must pay the gap on the day, according to the Fee Schedule for your appoinement type.
All other patients will be privately billed in line with our Fee Schedule.

Payment
You must pay for your appointment on the day.

We claim your Medicare rebate on the day as we process your payment, and Medicare will pay your rebate into your nominated bank account on file with Medicare within 72 hours.
