Q: What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Sunday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Closed on public holidays.
Q: Is the clinic wheelchair accessible?
A: Yes, our clinic is fully wheelchair accessible, including parking.
Q: Do you have onsite parking?
A: Yes, we provide free parking for patients.
Appointments & Bookings
Q: How do I book an appointment?
A: Appointments can be made online via our Book Now page or by calling us at (08) 9452 0300.
Q: Can I walk in without an appointment?
A: Walk-ins are not accepted at this time. All patients must have a booked appointment.
Q: What happens if I need to cancel?
A: If you cancel your appointment with less than 2 hours’ notice or do not attend, a cancellation fee will apply. This will be emailed to you and must be paid within 14 days.
Fees & Billing
Q: What is your billing policy?
A: We are a mixed billing practice.
Bulk billing is available for children under 16 and concession card holders.
Standard consultations are $50, and long consultations are $85.
Q: Do you accept Medicare?
A: Yes, we accept Medicare and can process your rebate on your behalf.
Q: Do you accept private/overseas patients?
A: Yes. Private patients, including overseas students without Medicare, are welcome but must pay full appointment fees.
We also accept Allianz Overseas Health Insurance for eligible patients without Medicare.

General consultations and chronic disease management

Women’s health, antenatal care, and family planning

Skin checks and minor procedures
Travel health and vaccinations (including flu and COVID-19)
Q: Is pathology available onsite?
A: Yes. Western Diagnostic Pathology is located onsite, just to the left of the reception entrance.

A: In life-threatening situations, please call 000 or go directly to the nearest hospital emergency department.
