Q: Is the clinic wheelchair accessible?
A: Yes, our clinic is fully wheelchair accessible, including parking.
Q: Do you have onsite parking?
A: Yes, we provide free parking for patients.
Q: Do you have two locations?
A: Yes, we also have a secondary clinic across the road at Unit 1-2, 210 Burslem Drive, Maddington, WA 6109. As this is for specific appontments, we will tell you which location to attend for your appointment ahead of time.
Q: What happens if I attend the wrong location?
A: Both locations are a short walk, from each other, so you can either walk or drive over. Patients and visitors requiring accessibility facilities or additional support should always attend our main clinic at 201 Burslem Drive.

Q: How do I book an appointment?
A: Appointments can be made online via our Book Now page or by calling us at (08) 9452 0300.
Q: Can I walk in without an appointment?
A: All consultations at our practice are by appointment only to ensure each patient receives appropriate time and care. We do not routinely accept walk-in consultations. However, in the case of an emergency or urgent clinical need, our team will assess the situation and may accommodate walk-in patients where appropriate.
Q: What happens if I need to cancel?
A: If you cancel your appointment with less than 2 hours’ notice or do not attend, a cancellation fee will apply. This will be emailed to you and must be paid within 14 days.
Fees & Billing
Q: What is your billing policy?
A: We are a bullk billing practice.

We bulk bill all Medicare patients.

Health Insurance/Overseas Health Insurance patients are also welcome, and pay a nominal gap. Please confirm with your health provider for coverage details.

Private appointments are welcome but must pay the full appointment fees. Please visit our Fees page to see the fees.
Q: Do you accept Medicare?
A: Yes, we accept Medicare and can process your rebate on your behalf.
Q: Do you accept private/overseas patients?
A: Yes. Private patients, including overseas students without Medicare, are welcome but must pay full appointment fees.
We also accept a wide range of Overseas Health Insurance for eligible patients without Medicare.
