UPDATE – Our second clinic is almost ready, with a planned opening date of January 2026!
It’s been an exciting journey bringing our second clinic to life. We’ve completely built it from the ground up, renovating two individual units and joining them together into a state-of-the-art facility. The clinic has been fully fitted out with innovative medical equipment and furniture, along with a connected office featuring modern IT and technology infrastructure. With the groundwork complete, we’re now applying the finishing touches and working through accreditation.
This project wouldn’t have been possible without Kanwal and Shikha, whose dedication and commitment to finding ways to better serve our community has driven this expansion forward. Since launching this project in July, they’ve expertly project managed every aspect while simultaneously running our existing practice—their hard work and investment in delivering better healthcare has been truly remarkable.
The entire Burslem Medical team has worked tirelessly to make this happen: from our resident tradesman Stanley, to our HVAC consultant Bill and his team, to our staff who’ve assembled furniture from flat packs, set up equipment, ordered and stocked medical supplies, and kept our existing clinic running smoothly throughout this process. Ensuring our doctors and patients were looked after during this transition has been no easy feat, but the short-term effort for long-term gain is well worth it.
Everyone is focused on one goal: opening our new clinic to serve you, our patients, even more efficiently!
Two Locations, One Connected Team
Just a reminder from our previous post, our clinic at Unit 1, 201 Burslem Drive will remain the heart of Burslem Medical Centre — our main health hub. This is where five of our doctors, allied health practitioners, and nursing staff will continue to care for patients.
Located just across the road at Unit 1-2, 210 Burslem Drive, our new annex clinic will become home to the rest of our GPs, along with an additional waiting room designed to make your visit more comfortable and convenient.

And don’t worry — if you happen to mix them up, both clinics are directly opposite each other, and you can use either parking lot.
